Skillpod Fundamentals Certification

The Skillpod certification is given at the completion of a course provided by Skillpod or Skillpod-trained faculty member, facilitator or coach.

This certification indicates that the participant has successfully completed the Skillpod Fundamentals e-learning program. The program addresses 7 core executive skills including: Smarter Learning, Selfwork, Design & Innovation Thinking, Strategic Thinking, Communication, Teamwork and Information Management.

In this program the participant has:

• Completed a 10 hour online program that challenges the participant to analyze real workplace scenarios, reflect on and articulate about their own experiences and skills in order to improve professional self-awareness, confidence and workplace skills.  
• Completed the Personal Learning Preferences learning assessment.
• Completed the self-assessments identifying areas of strength and areas needing further development.

Required components: Completion of Skillpod Fundamentals e-learning program.
