Refunds & Cancellations
We have a 100% satisfaction guaranteed policy. If you participate in a workshop, and still don’t find the course valuable, or of an acceptable standard, or is not fit for purpose, or doesn’t match our description, email email@example.com and we will happily refund your full payment within 10 days of the start of the workshop. We have two small requirements: one is that you did participate in and complete the workshop, and two, that you complete a very short 5 question survey in order to process the refund.
We have worked very hard to provide high quality material. With your feedback, we can continue to improve our learning experiences. All of the workshops and courses we offer are for personal development, educational and informational purposes only. We do not make any guarantees about your ability to get results or earn any money with our ideas, information, tools, or strategies.
Did you register for a workshop, then suddenly realize it’s on the same evening as your mother’s birthday? Do not worry! You can cancel a full refund at least 7 DAYS before the course starts. Refund requests should be submitted to firstname.lastname@example.org. After that period, you can request a course transfer credit, valid up to 6 months from date of purchase that can be applied to any workshop or course of equal or lesser value.
