Selfwork is tough skill because it requires one to be very self-aware in order to develop a pattern of behaviours. I experienced the importance of Selfwork at my first office job where I had many jobs to do in a day. Using the skill of Selfwork meant I was able to do my job effectively, as I had to use willpower to devise a plan to complete tasks in a timely fashion, which in turn led to me being reliable and trustworthy. Without these skills, I would have easily become overwhelmed with the workload and therefore come across as unable to do the job without major hand-holding. Thankfully, I have a great understanding of the meaning and importance of Selfwork, so any job can feel confident knowing that I am someone who can be trusted to get the job done as I am able to reach my goals by visualizing success.
