Skillpod Certification
The Skillpod certification is given at the completion of a course provided by Skillpod or Skillpod-trained faculty member, facilitator or coach.
This certification indicates that the participant can successfully:
- Demonstrate understanding of at least 5 of 7 critical executive skills and competencies in theory and practice.
- Identify personal skill strengths, gaps and plan for development appropriate to desired career path.
- Present self and work professionally as per industry expectations demonstrating reliability and ability to meet deadlines.
Required components: Completion of in-person course including activities, workbook and skill portfolio.
